Unique brand with iconic cuisine

The story of Popeyes began in 1972 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Al Copeland, the founder of the company, opened a small restaurant called ""Chicken on the Run"", where he cooked fried chicken in a traditional style. However, Copeland realized that he needed to offer something special to attract attention and surprise visitors. Experimenting with traditional recipes of Cajun and Creole cuisine, Copeland developed a new menu with spicy and unique tastes. He renamed his restaurant as Popeyes and offered the public a spicy New Orleans-style roast chicken. The idea was admired by the guests, and soon Popeyes became a place where people lined up to enjoy this unique taste.
